Home Renovations and Upgrades

I'm no expert in home design but I would like to be.  I just don't know how to get from point A (novice interior designer and renovator) to point B (custom designer with credentials).  I will probably have to take a college course, possibly online, to get these written credentials but in the meantime this blog will show what I do know how to do.
